Reservation confirmation and deposit terms

Charters run for a minimum duration of 2 hours, with rates ranging from 600 AED to 18,900 AED per hour, including VAT. A date and vessel are secured only once the 30% advance deposit is received. We do not hold calendar dates without this payment. Our fleet includes 88 yachts and boats measuring from 33 to 164 feet, accommodating up to 90 guests. All booking requests are processed via WhatsApp, where our team responds within 15 minutes between 9:00 and 23:00 GST daily to finalise your schedule.

Permitted provisions and guest guidelines

Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages on board, including alcoholic drinks, with zero corkage fees applied. Every charter includes a licensed captain and crew, fuel, soft drinks, ice, fresh towels, and life jackets. No passport or personal ID is required to board the vessel. Additional arrangements, such as catering menus, barbecue preparation, bar service, water sports, fishing tackle, sound equipment, DJs, and decorations, can be added to your booking upon request prior to departure.

Marine coverage and guest safety

Every charter operated by Zubarah includes comprehensive marine insurance coverage for all guests on board alongside a fully licensed captain and professional crew. Our fleet of yachts and boats operates strictly within designated guest capacities, serving groups of up to 90 people depending on vessel size. Standard safety equipment, including certified life jackets for adults and children, is provided on every journey departing from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour.

Weather provisions and rescheduling

If bad weather conditions prevent safe sailing on your scheduled day, you have complete control over the resolution. When conditions do not allow the yacht or boat to leave Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour, you can either reschedule the charter to a convenient alternative date via our chat or request a full refund of your payment. We manage all date changes directly through WhatsApp messaging, ensuring straightforward communication between 9:00 and 23:00 GST without complex administrative steps.
