Custom Yacht Events in Dubai on Motor Craft

Gatherings on the water take many forms, from intimate family parties to full-scale wedding receptions across the open sea. Hosting a private party on a yacht in Dubai allows your group complete privacy on board. Guests of all ages, including young children and seniors, can join these private voyages. Whether you plan to throw a birthday yacht party in Dubai or host an anniversary, daytime and evening schedules are completely flexible. Every vessel in our fleet is motor-powered to guarantee smooth cruising along the coast. Bringing your own meals, snacks, and drinks costs nothing extra. You can also request a dinner served on board starting from AED 250 per guest, or ask our team to arrange a celebration cake brought on board from AED 250.

Charter rates are clear and calculated straightforwardly based on vessel size and total hours booked. Rates range from AED 880 to AED 18,900 per hour, with all applicable VAT already included in the quoted price. Finding an economical yacht rental in Dubai is easy by selecting a smaller motor craft for a focused two-hour or three-hour cruise. Longer itineraries, full-day charters, and mega yacht bookings scale according to vessel specifications. All standard hourly rates cover private use of the boat, licensed crew, fuel for the agreed route, drinking water, and fresh ice. Additional services such as bespoke styling, specialized catering, or photo coverage are priced separately and added to your summary before final payment.

Hosting executive functions or team gatherings on a private motor vessel provides a clean, professional setting away from standard venues. Companies utilize these private craft for client hospitality, product showcases, interactive networking, and executive meetings. Audio-visual setups can be arranged on request for business presentations or speech deliveries on deck. Groups looking to combine business with leisure can request active water sports through the manager, including jet skis, flyboards, paddle boards, seabobs, or towable banana rides. Guests are free to bring their own refreshments and alcoholic beverages aboard at no extra fee, or opt for turnkey catering arrangements to keep the team fully catered throughout the cruise in Dubai.

Sound systems and live performances turn a simple boat trip into an energetic celebration. Each motor craft in our fleet features built-in marine audio equipment with Bluetooth connectivity, allowing hosts to stream their choice of music across both indoor and outdoor deck spaces. For larger events, your charter manager can organize live entertainment on request, including professional DJs, saxophonists, or singers. Select vessels also feature indoor television screens and media setups suitable for slideshows or video playback. To ensure audio equipment or performer logistics are arranged smoothly, simply detail your entertainment requests when chatting with our manager. A dedicated team coordinates all setup details at the dock before your guests step on board in Dubai.

Matching your guest list to the right vessel is essential for a successful event. Our fleet includes 40 suitable boats specifically suited for event bookings, spanning overall lengths from 53 to 164 ft. Mid-sized vessels comfortably host intimate groups of 10 to 30 guests, while our largest motor craft offer a capacity of up to 75 guests for broader social or corporate functions. Every charter is strictly private, meaning your group enjoys exclusive use of the entire vessel without outside guests. A dedicated captain and professional crew oversee all navigation, safety procedures, and guest comfort throughout the journey, ensuring every group size experiences a smooth, relaxing voyage along the coast of Dubai.

Transforming the deck area for a themed celebration is simple when arranged in advance with your charter manager. Having the yacht decorated before you arrive is available from AED 350, creating a welcoming visual impact the moment your group steps aboard. You can also have elegant setup options like candles and flowers set up on deck from AED 400. Whether you require customized balloon installations, floral arches, personalized banners, or a red-carpet dockside welcome, our team coordinates the styling prior to departure. To ensure everything is positioned perfectly before boarding, request your decoration themes during the initial chat. You can also arrange an onboard photographer from AED 500 per hour to capture every moment of your gathering in Dubai.

Sailing routes depend on the duration you choose for your private event on the water. A brief one-hour cruise explores the Dubai Marina canal or moves along the JBR shoreline. Extending your trip to two or three hours allows the motor vessel to navigate past Ain Dubai, circuit the Palm Jumeirah, and head toward the Atlantis resort. If you plan a longer voyage of four hours or more, the boat can reach the iconic Burj Al Arab, pass the Dubai Water Canal, or skirt the World Islands. For those wishing to spend an entire day exploring the coastline, booking a full-day yacht charter in Dubai gives your group ample time to combine sightseeing with leisure swimming in calm waters.

Food and beverage options on board are completely flexible to suit your event preferences. Every charter includes fresh ice and cold drinking water as standard. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, snacks, and alcoholic beverages on board without paying any additional corkage fees. Alternatively, full catering packages can be arranged through your charter manager upon request. Options range from live on-deck BBQ menus and international buffets to sushi spreads and plated dining starting from AED 250 per guest. If your group enjoys fishing, we can prepare rods, tackle, and bait on board for AED 150, and have your fresh catch cooked by the crew for AED 150.

Modern motor vessels are built to maximize guest comfort during gatherings of any scale. Across our fleet, vessels ranging in size from 53 to 164 ft feature expansive upper flybridges, wide open sundecks, and fully air-conditioned indoor lounges. When you rent a yacht for a night or book a daytime cruise, guests have access to comfortable interior seating, en-suite washrooms, and fitted galleys equipped with refrigeration for food and beverages. Larger motor craft in the fleet offer split-level outdoor decks, dedicated dining tables, and sunbathing pads. Every vessel is maintained to high technical standards, providing a stable platform for hosting guests, sharing meals, and enjoying panoramic views of the skyline from Dubai Harbour or Dubai Marina.
