Your safety is our top priority. If the captain deems the sea conditions unsafe, we will reschedule your trip at no extra cost. If a new date doesn't work for you, we will refund your deposit in full.

Yes, swimming is permitted on charters of 3 hours or longer, during daylight hours, and in specific safe zones. The captain has the final say based on current sea conditions. Life jackets are available for everyone.

Most of our trips start from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour. We will send you the exact location pin and parking details 24 hours before your scheduled time. We can also arrange transfer services if needed.
