The price you see is comprehensive. It includes the vessel itself, a fully licensed captain and crew, fuel for standard cruising speeds, ice, water, soft drinks, and towels. You also get access to the sound system. Even for small boats Marina trips include these essentials. The only extra is the mandatory 5% VAT. Things like food or specialized decor are optional add-ons.

Absolutely. You are welcome to bring whatever food and beverages you like, including alcohol for those over 21. Our crew is happy to help serve, and many boats have BBQ facilities. If you'd rather not hassle with logistics, we can arrange catering for you.

Yes, swimming is a highlight for many guests. We stop at designated calm spots during daylight hours. Safety is the priority, so the captain makes the final call based on sea conditions. Life jackets are provided, and the crew keeps a watchful eye.

We don't take risks with safety. If the Coast Guard or our captains deem the weather unsafe, we will contact you immediately. We'll try to reschedule for a better time at no cost. If that doesn't work for you, we refund your deposit in full.

It's straightforward. Cancel up to 48 hours before your slot for a full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours, there's a 50% charge. Anything within 24 hours is non-refundable. If you just need to shift the time slightly, message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Yes, this is a strict Coast Guard requirement. Every passenger needs a valid ID. Emirates ID for residents, passport for tourists. A clear photo on your mobile usually suffices. This applies to everyone on board, regardless of age.
